1.1 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

For made-to-order or customized garments, processing time may extend to 7–15 business days. This will be clearly communicated on product pages wherever applicable.

1.2 Delivery Time & Courier Partners

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.

We ship through trusted logistics partners across India.

Remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may require additional time.

1.3. Same-Day Delivery (Delhi Only)

Visista Oasis offers same-day delivery within Delhi for selected products and eligible PIN codes.

Customers who wish to opt for same-day delivery must contact us directly on WhatsApp at +91 9990070716 to confirm availability and scheduling.

Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and serviceable locations.

Our customer support executives will stay in touch with you throughout the process to provide updates, coordination, and assistance.

Additional charges may apply for same-day delivery and will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

1.4. Shipping Charges

Orders below the minimum threshold may carry a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (depending on system setup), allowing real-time tracking.

1.6 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for selected PIN codes.

We may require partial advance for high-value orders.

1.7 International Shipping

Currently we ship only within India.

International shipping can be offered upon request with separate charges and timelines.
