2. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want customers to love what they purchase from Visista Oasis (known for its unique and affordable designer pieces), and we maintain transparent policies to ensure a smooth experience.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product received

✔ Defective or damaged product upon delivery

✔ Size exchange (if applicable to the product category)

⚠ The product must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed

Free from stains, perfumes, or alterations

With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

2.2 Items Not Eligible

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Made-to-order/customized products

Altered products

Sale/discounted items (unless defective/damaged)

Accessories

This follows common industry norms and protects hygiene & customization processes.

2.3 Return/Exchange Window

Customers must request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

After review & approval, pickup will be arranged within 3–7 days.

2.4 Return Methods

We offer Reverse Pickup wherever feasible.

For non-serviceable locations, customers may ship the item back and receive a shipping reimbursement (optional policy).

2.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed after quality checks pass.

Refund Mode Options:

Store Credit valid for 1 year (fastest mode)

Bank Refund / Online Payment Reversal (takes 5–7 business days after QC clearance)

⚠ Shipping charges & COD charges are non-refundable.

2.6 Exchanges

Exchange is allowed for size only (if inventory available).

If size is unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or refund (as per eligibility).

2.7 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective/incorrect item, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

On verification, replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

3. Order Cancellation

3.1 Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

3.2 After Dispatch

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but eligible returns/exchanges may apply.

3.3 Made-to-Order Products

Cancellations are not allowed after confirmation for made-to-order/customised products due to production processes.
